This internship is a paid, fixed-term placement in Daily Banking in Helsinki (Pasila). The intern will support customer service activities in both in-person and phone interactions, assisting customers with routine banking needs and providing information about accounts, mobile banking, payments, and basic investment or mortgage discussions when appropriate. The role combines customer service with sales-focused activities and banking product knowledge. The intern will work under the guidance of a supervisor and team, with weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching. The two-week onboarding will cover Nordea’s banking services and customer service scenarios. Interns will work from the office to ensure hands-on learning and support. The program includes exposure to a nationwide network of advisers and a large bank workforce, with opportunities for personal and professional growth and a possible career path within the bank.
