Procurement Coordinator

The procurement coordinator team is seeking a new member who will be involved in the varied stages of public procurement contract management. The role includes reviewing supplier applications, maintaining data in our XRM ERP system, communicating with contract suppliers, archiving contracts, and performing various supporting tasks. Diligence and accuracy are key in this job. You will fit as our procurement coordinator if you have a positive attitude towards work (including routine tasks), you are proactive and seek information, you can work independently yet collaboratively, you can use information systems fluently, you have good Finnish and you can communicate in English, and you have completed, for example, a tradenom degree. The work pace varies with the volume of joint procurements, so you must be flexible. There are peak times, but work is mainly done during standard office hours, with some leeway.
