Our client is a long-established electrical industry operator specializing in the maintenance, repair, and winding of electric motors, generators, and other electromechanical devices. The company is known for high-quality workmanship, strong expertise, and a practical approach to service. We are now seeking for our client A WINDER for a permanent position in Tornio. In this role, you will be responsible for the winding, repair, and maintenance of electric motors and other electromechanical devices, as well as related measurements and inspections. The task involves precision handwork, emphasizing thoroughness, good hand-eye coordination, and high-quality results. We are looking for a person with previous practical experience in electrical tasks and the ability to work independently. The position may not be suitable for someone at the very beginning of their career. Work is primarily performed during day shifts at the client's premises in Tornio. The role includes a few travel days per year. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU The position requires relevant electrical education and previous work experience in the electrical field, industrial maintenance, or with electromechanical devices. Previous experience in winding or electric motor repair is considered an advantage. We especially value strong handicraft skills, technical understanding, perseverance, and an independent and responsible work ethic. Finnish language skills are required for the position.
