Responsibilities
- Influence outcomes in cross-functional settings
- Own relationships with partners with advice and guidance
- Develop models to address new business issues
- Oversee modeling efforts
- Plan and perform financial analysis
- Translate analysis into data-driven insights
- Run large, complex projects to improve efficiency
- Communicate to CFO and VP level audiences
- Mentor other team members in modeling, analysis and finance
- Deliver priorities autonomously
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in a finance role
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant degree
- CFA/CPA is a plus
- Experience as a finance business partner
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear narratives
- Willingness to learn GitLab
