About the role

🔍 Hello, are you our new Junior Specialist for the rent management team? We are now looking for a specialist in rent management for a full-time position in Jyväskylä. The employment begins with a fixed-term contract of about six months, but our goal is to find a person who could grow and develop as part of our team possibly also in the longer term. Our rent management team consists of over 30 professionals in three different locations and we are part of Colliers' financial services unit of about 100 people. As a Junior Specialist, your tasks will consist of interesting, versatile rent management tasks. In our team, you will get to know different task entities of the rent ledger, which include, among other things, the interpretation of lease agreements, checking rent increases, analyzing rental yields, customer service and debt collection agency cooperation in connection with the monitoring of receivables.
