Casual outdoor maintenance workers

We are recruiting casual outdoor maintenance workers in Kuopio for our client for the autumn and winter season. In the outdoor maintenance worker role: - You rake and blow leaves and collect litter at different property sites. Once snow arrives, your duties consist of clearing snow with a snow pusher and shovel, as well as spreading grit. The work is done in pairs. - Shifts are available according to weather conditions on weekdays and weekends. Shifts are generally 6:00–14:00 in autumn and 4:00–12:00 in winter. - Work starts at our client company’s premises, from where you set off to the agreed work sites. You travel between sites in our client’s vehicles. - The work is casual, and naturally the amount of work varies according to weather conditions. We expect you to have: - An energetic and positive attitude and readiness to come to work at short notice. - Good physical fitness and the ability to withstand different weather conditions. - A category B driving licence (manual-transmission car). - Finnish language skills. We offer you additional work for the autumn and winter seasons, with the possibility of fitting the work around studies, for example. Work is expected to be available throughout the winter, approximately until April, depending on snow conditions. We follow the collective agreement for the property services sector in the employment relationship. Pay is according to the collective agreement, at least pay group 2 (€12.59/hour).
