Retail Sales Assistant

Hello you grocery store expert or someone interested in the retail sector! We are looking for an ON-CALL SALESperson to work through StaffPoint in the retail sector in Säyneinen. As a cashier, you are in a crucial role in creating the customer's shopping trip – you may be the customer's only contact when visiting the store. In addition to cashier duties, your tasks include advising and serving customers, creating a lasting impression for every customer and making them choose this store again and again. In this position, your place of work would be the Säyneinen village shop. As a cashier, you are partly responsible for creating a smooth service experience and payment situation, and you understand what the basic characteristics of a good customer service provider are. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your own customer service skills and gain important customer service experience for your future. Work is based on a call-in basis as needed. Working hours are available according to the store's needs and shifts are within the stores' opening hours. Work is available throughout the year, and depending on the seasons, there may be more working hours. The work is therefore perfectly suited for a person who can plan their own schedules and flexibly accept different shifts. The salary is determined according to the retail sector's collective agreement and the employment relationship is concluded between the employee and StaffPoint.
