We are seeking two proactive and self-driven individuals to join our hotel cleaning team as Shift Supervisors in a hotel site, in a permanent part-time position. The role includes ensuring smooth for-time shifts, supporting the team, and performing cleaning tasks as part of the housekeeping crew. Responsibilities include organizing daily work and guiding staff, clear communication between customers, supervisors and personnel, resolving situations together with customers and staff, assisting with order handling, quality control and reporting alongside the supervisor, onboarding new employees and ensuring cleaning quality standards are met, and hotel room cleaning as part of the housekeeping team. The hotel environment is open 24/7, so flexibility and the ability to work under pressure are required. Physical fitness is beneficial for success. Requirements include the ability to make independent decisions, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, flexibility with varied working hours, and at least 18 years of age. Prior hotel cleaning or supervisory experience is appreciated. We value a positive attitude, good teamwork, and a desire to develop operations with the team. The job languages are Finnish and English; fluent Finnish and good English are expected for smooth communication in a lively hotel environment. Working hours vary from Monday to Sunday between 07:00–15:00, 22–37.5 hours per week. Salary follows the Facilities Services collective agreement, pay grade 3 + site allowance.
