We are now seeking two enthusiastic and proactive SHIFT SUPERVISORS FOR HOTEL CLEANING TASKS for a permanent part-time employment contract. As a Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of shifts and serve as an important support for your team. Your work varies between supervisor duties and room cleaning tasks, so every day brings new challenges and opportunities. Your key responsibilities include: - Organizing daily work and guiding employees. - Clear and smooth communication between customers, the supervisor, and staff. - Resolving situations together with customers and staff. - Participating in order management, quality control, and reporting alongside the supervisor. - Onboarding new employees and ensuring cleaning quality levels are met. - Cleaning hotel rooms as part of the housekeeping team. The hotel environment is open 24/7, so the work requires the ability to be flexible and act under pressure in rapidly changing situations. Due to the physical nature of hotel work, good basic fitness will support your endurance and success in the role. What do we expect from you? - Ability to make decisions independently. - Fluent customer service and interaction skills. - Flexibility for varying working hours. - At least 18 years of age. - Previous work experience in hotel cleaning and/or supervisory roles is considered an advantage. Additionally, we value: - A positive attitude. - Good cooperation and teamwork skills. - A desire to develop operations together with the team. Both Finnish and English are used as working languages in the hotel. We expect fluent Finnish skills and good English skills to ensure smooth communication in a busy hotel environment. Working hours vary from Monday to Sunday between 07:00-15:00, 22-37.5 hours per week. Remuneration follows the collective agreement for property services employees, pay grade 3 + shift allowance.
