The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, assessing, and engaging suppliers to support project and business needs. The role ensures competitive sourcing outcomes across cost, quality, schedule, and risk by managing RFx processes, supplier evaluation, and negotiations. The position acts as a key interface between procurement, projects, and the market. Explore your tasks and responsibilities - Supplier Sourcing & Market Intelligence: Identify, screen, and develop a pool of qualified suppliers based on project and category requirements. - Prequalification & Compliance: Manage supplier onboarding and prequalification in systems, ensuring compliance with procurement standards and policies. - RFx Management: Prepare and issue RFI / RFP / RFQ packages, coordinate bidder clarifications, and manage sourcing events. - Bid Evaluation & Selection: Analyze commercial offers, support technical alignment with stakeholders, and contribute to supplier shortlisting and selection. - Negotiation Support: Conduct or support commercial negotiations (price, terms, delivery, risk allocation) in line with procurement strategy. - Market Analysis & Reporting: Provide insights to projects on supplier capabilities, competition, risks, and opportunities Show your expertise - Bachelor or master’s degree in Procurement or Engineering - Fluent in English (French or other EU languages is a plus) - Experience in project environment (construction / EPC / data centers) is a plus - Strong sourcing and negotiation skills - Ability to manage RFx processes end-to-end - Analytical mindset (cost, risk, market analysis) - Stakeholder management (projects, engineering, suppliers)
