We are currently looking for an associate lawyer with a focus on energy and infrastructure transactions to join our Real Assets Team. Come join us!" – Elisa Panula, Managing Associate Job Description and Responsibilities As an associate, you will be working together with more experienced colleagues in energy and infrastructure-related transactions and similar projects. Your tasks will include, for example, drafting, commenting, and reviewing legal documents, carrying out research and due diligence, as well as dealing with authorities. Skills and Requirements We are now looking for a team member who has: - a genuine personal interest in business law and the energy and infrastructure landscape - at least two years of practical experience (more experienced candidates are also welcome) - a forward-looking, analytical approach with strong attention to detail - enthusiasm for providing world-class advice to our clients - clear, open, and constructive communication skills to ensure smooth cooperation - fluency in Finnish and English (Swedish and other languages would be considered a plus).
