Your duties include: - participating in shelving work - organizing team operations and shift planning - onboarding new shelving team members - maintaining team cooperation and work atmosphere - close cooperation with store managers Working Hours and Duration - Working hours: 25 h / week, mainly weekdays starting from 6 AM - Duration of employment: permanent We expect from you - experience from the retail sector (essential) - ability to motivate and inspire the team - initiative and flexibility - proficiency in Finnish (working language), other language skills are considered an advantage We offer you - a versatile role as part of a professional team - the opportunity to influence and develop operations - salary according to the retail sector collective agreement (TES) + responsibility bonuses Interested?
