Construction Assistant

We are looking for a construction assistant in the Hämeenlinna area! We are seeking an energetic and proactive construction assistant for our client's construction site in the Hämeenlinna region. Initially, you will be involved in cleaning, carrying, and clearing work. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to participate in more demanding tasks under the guidance of experienced professionals. Previous experience is not required – the most important things are a positive attitude, a willingness to learn new things, and a brisk work pace. A valid occupational safety card (työturvallisuuskortti) is a prerequisite for employment. If you do not have a card yet, you can check available courses on the Työturvallisuuskorttikeskus website. Work begins in August 2026 as agreed. Working hours are Mon–Fri 7:00–15:30, and remuneration is determined according to the Construction Industry Collective Agreement – depending on experience 12.60-15.56 €/h + TES supplements.
