Healthcare Assistant

The role is a caregiver in a private social services foundation facility, located in Karjalohja. The candidate should have a basic qualification in the social and health sector or an AMK degree (e.g., practical nurse, nurse, occupational therapist, social services student). The position is permanent and part of Palvelukoti Pukkilankaari, which houses adults with autism spectrum disorder and Prader-Willi syndrome. Daily work involves supporting residents, enabling experiences and joy, and helping with everyday challenges. We value genuine interest and prior experience in supporting people who need assistance. Previous experience with guiding and caring for adults with intellectual disabilities is preferred. Compensation follows the private social services collective agreement. The organization is a smoke-free workplace. A criminal-record extract will be requested from new employees in accordance with the relevant law. A trial period applies with medical certificate requirement during the trial.
