We are looking for customers for our client in Lapland for the coming winter season, to hire safari salespeople who are energetic, sales-minded and capable of inspiring and aligning customers. The role involves combining sales, customer service and practical arrangement of daily operations in a Arctic environment. Your duties include selling safari activities to customers, advising customers and guiding them in choosing suitable services, handling bookings and customer service on the sales counter, taking care of safari equipment, and arranging necessary travel. You will be motivated by sales targets and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You should communicate fluently in Finnish and English; other languages are considered a plus. You must have a driving license. The positions are for the winter season, from November 2026 to March/April 2027, with 90–120 hours of work per three weeks. The employment is governed by Mara collective agreement for tourism and leisure services.
