।Attendo is looking for a Care Assistant for the new Attendo Kotikulma in Kirkkonummi, a 24-hour service home for adults with intellectual disabilities opening in October. The home consists of three group homes with five residents each. In this role, you will help build a new home from the ground up, ensuring the daily routine runs smoothly and creating a safe, home-like environment where residents are treated as individuals. Your duties will include meal services, cleaning, laundry, and assisting with basic care and nursing tasks to support the rest of the staff. We are looking for a proactive person with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a warm community. The position is full-time and permanent, primarily involving weekday mornings. The start date is October 1, 2026, though a later date can be negotiated. Terms and pay follow the private social services sector collective agreement.

- Assisting in the daily routine and well-being of residents

Requirements
- Care assistant degree or work experience in similar roles
- Vaccination protection as per Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act
- Hygiene passport or readiness to obtain one within three months of starting
- Fluent Finnish language skills
- Criminal record extract for employment over three months (working with minors, elderly, and disabled)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
