We are looking for an entrepreneur for the Pancho Villa chain in Porvoo. Do you have a desire to develop a restaurant business, the ability to take responsibility and risk, a stable financial situation, and supervisory experience? To succeed as a Pancho Villa entrepreneur, you will have access to a ready, tested Mexican food restaurant concept and the support of the chain. (Please note that we are looking only for an entrepreneur, not employees for Pancho Villa.) Pancho Villa is a casual dining restaurant concept offering "fresh Mexican twist" food, known for its wide product range and generously seasoned, hearty, yet reasonably priced portions. Burgers with the house's own sauces are particularly popular, as are burritos, tacos, and other Mexican delicacies. All restaurant dishes have been developed in-house, and development work is ongoing. Pancho Villa restaurants have a uniform menu, so customers know they will receive high-quality dishes at the same price across Finland. Lunch customers, groups of friends in the evenings, and families on weekends play a large role in Pancho Villa's customer base. Corporate clients and take-away customers are growing segments. As a Pancho Villa franchise entrepreneur, you will receive: a ready, tested fresh Mexican twist restaurant concept centered on hearty and tasty dishes served at the table. A Pancho Villa entrepreneur is an operational and visible leader in their unit and also works shifts. Entrepreneurs can be beginners or existing entrepreneurs whose current business is not competitive or otherwise detrimental to the operation of Pancho Villa. You can suggest a suitable business location for the new restaurant yourself or search for one together with the chain. The following qualities and requirements are required for those selected as a Pancho Villa entrepreneur: - Readiness and ability to finance the investment required to start the business. The initial investment for the entrepreneur is €100,000–€150,000, and typically the self-financing share is 20–30% of the initial investment amount. - Good Finnish language skills, needed for customer service and understanding the chain's instructions and agreements. - Good health that allows for restaurant work and does not prevent working with the products being sold. - A suitable life situation, meaning the time and opportunity to commit fully to the Pancho Villa business. - Understanding of the ideology and requirements of franchise entrepreneurship.
