Work in a Rusta department store is fast-paced, varied, and quick, and we have fun together. At the checkout, among the shelves and in the middle of our campaigns, you are the one creating the customer experience. You greet our customers with a smile and ensure the store is neat, replenished and inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right curtain, the next day you reconfigure an entire department. No day is the same – and we love that! You don’t need to know everything from day one – we will teach you! But we believe that you: - enjoy talking with people and making their day a little better - thrive when things move fast and solve problems with a can-do attitude - have the ability to work mornings, days, evenings and weekends - spread positive energy and want to grow with us If you have worked in a store before, great!
