CSA Site Manager – Data Centre Fitout Location: Frankfurt, Germany Contract: Freelance / Contract Duration: 12–24 months Start Date: Immediate The Role We are supporting a major data centre project in Frankfurt and are seeking an experienced Project CSA Site Manager to join the team on a freelance basis. This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced, mission-critical environment, where you will take ownership of CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) site delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution across the project, working closely with subcontractors, site teams, and project leadership. The role requires a hands-on professional with strong experience in data centre or large-scale construction projects, capable of driving programme, quality, and safety performance on site. Key Responsibilities - Lead CSA site activities, ensuring delivery in line with programme, budget, and quality standards - Take full ownership of health, safety, and environmental performance across all CSA works - Ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, client requirements, and project safety plans - Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe site execution - Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations - Lead daily briefings, toolbox talks, and coordination meetings - Ensure all subcontractors operate in line with approved RAMS and permits - Monitor site progress and drive programme adherence and milestone achievement - Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions - Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site organisation - Stop unsafe works where required and promote a proactive safety culture - Ensure delivery of works to required specifications and quality standards, meeting all KPI targets Requirements - Proven experience as a CSA Site Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Site Manager - Strong background working on data centre or mission-critical construction projects - Experience delivering CSA packages (civil, structural, and architectural works) - Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations and site compliance requirements - Experience managing subcontractors and site teams in a live construction environment - Strong understanding of RAMS, site execution, and programme delivery - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure project environment - Fluent English required; German is advantageous - Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills - Willingness to work full-time on-site in Frankfurt
