Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers and develop customer solutions related to future hydrogen economy and clean gases projects, and develop cross-selling with existing infrastructure
- Build and implement new collaboration and project models
- Formulate and communicate value propositions to different target customer groups
- Lead or participate in complex projects and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Build and develop sales-supporting networks internally and externally
Requirements
- Experience in the energy sector, preferably in gas markets
- Experience in customer management and developing customer solutions and services
- Ability to develop sales processes and customer value propositions from a customer-oriented perspective
- Experience in managing complex projects is an advantage
- Goal-oriented and persistent work approach
- Good networking and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in an evolving and flexible environment
- Suitable higher education degree
- Good communication and collaboration skills in Finnish and English
