Job Description
Gasgrid is responsible for gas transmission and transmission systems in Finland and is building the national hydrogen network. The role involves developing customer solutions, sales processes, and project management for regional infrastructure related to hydrogen and methane networks. The position is new and central to Gasgrid's multi-gas strategy, acting as the first interface for new customers developing hydrogen economy and clean gases projects in Finland. The role includes building bridges between customer investment plans and Gasgrid's infrastructure, creating value chains, and developing customer value-creating solutions and new collaboration models. The job requires active networking, project development, and leadership of complex projects, with a focus on customer acquisition, solution development, and sales growth. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners, managing sales and customer processes, and representing Gasgrid in various forums. Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers and develop customer solutions related to future hydrogen economy and clean gases projects, and develop cross-selling with existing infrastructure
- Build and implement new collaboration and project models
- Formulate and communicate value propositions to different target customer groups
- Lead or participate in complex projects and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Build and develop sales-supporting networks internally and externally
Requirements
- Experience in the energy sector, preferably in gas markets
- Experience in customer management and developing customer solutions and services
- Ability to develop sales processes and customer value propositions from a customer-oriented perspective
- Experience in managing complex projects is an advantage
- Goal-oriented and persistent work approach
- Good networking and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in an evolving and flexible environment
- Suitable higher education degree
- Good communication and collaboration skills in Finnish and English
