**We are looking for a site manager for an apartment building project in Paltamo** - We are seeking an experienced site manager for an apartment building project **What tasks are available?** - A new apartment building is being constructed in Paltamo. It is a 4-story building and the site is just starting. **_This is a rare opportunity, so be quick..._** - The frame is concrete elements, hollow-core slabs between floors, and the civil defense shelter will be cast on-site. - The selected person can start immediately or has the possibility to start later in the autumn, e.g., in a month. - Tasks include on-site management, supervision, and reporting of the construction site - Subcontractors are largely already agreed upon - Employment contract for the duration of the project, estimated to be about one year. **Who are we looking for?** - We are looking for a person with experience in successful apartment building projects. You do not need to be the chief engineer (vastaava) in this project, but experience in that role is a big plus. - You can be physically present at the site at least 4 days a week, preferably every working day - You get along well with contractors and employees and communicate fluently in Finnish. - You master reporting and ensure the site progresses as planned and determined - You value and follow occupational safety principles on site and are not willing to compromise them even during rush periods. **Salary** - In this position, the salary is agreed based on experience and is at least 4000€/month.
