Line Worker

We are seeking a LINE WORKER for our client in Nokia for a fixed-term employment contract. Your duties will include waste collection on the line, where you will separate metals, plastics, and wood from waste. The work is performed in a multi-person team, so you will have great colleagues. Sorting is done on a waste processing line where there is dirt and dust, so a motivated and persistent attitude is key. Previous experience and/or education in the construction industry or in material sorting/handling is an advantage, but not essential, as our client will provide induction. We primarily hope for a hardworking and proactive approach and an eagerness to learn new tasks. Due to the nature of the work, fluent Finnish language skills are required. The work is physically demanding, so please be in good physical condition. Work starts in the second week of August and lasts until mid-September or possibly until the end of September. Working hours are generally Mon-Fri 7:00-15:30. The Property Services sector collective agreement (Kiinteistöpalvelualan työehtosopimus) applies to the position. Due to the location of the workplace, you must have access to your own car. PLEASE NOTE: driving license and Finnish language skills are required for this position.
