Patching Specialist for Tampere We are looking for a patching specialist for our client for versatile construction repair and finishing work in the Tampere area. The position is suitable for a person with experience in the construction industry and a readiness to handle various site repair and finishing tasks. The job description consists of versatile patching tasks according to the needs of the site. Your duties may include, for example, patching and repairing concrete surfaces, leveling work, filling cracks and holes, surface finishing, small-scale masonry and repair work, and other tasks related to site finishing. Tasks vary according to the progress of the project, so we value precise workmanship and a proactive approach. Work starts as agreed, and for the right candidate, the start date can be on a fast schedule. Working hours are generally Mon–Fri 7:00–15:30. Salary is determined according to your skills and experience in accordance with the construction industry collective agreement (15.55–19.94 €/h + TES additions). Requirements for employment: * Valid occupational safety card. * Legal age. * Previous experience in construction repair or finishing work. * Careful and precise work style. * Energetic and proactive working approach. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in concrete patching, leveling, or other finishing work is considered an advantage. Having own tools and the possibility of using your own car are also considered advantages.
