Job Description
Abena is a family-owned Danish manufacturer and wholesaler. Abena's products and solutions cover industries from healthcare to HoReCa, cleaning, waste management, food industry, and many others. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for smooth order processing and providing top-quality service via email and phone. Your workdays will be varied and include tasks such as handling complaints and invoicing. You will manage both product, financial, and operational information flows in close collaboration with internal teams. This role is a temporary replacement for parental leave until September 2027. The position offers: - A diverse role: You will participate broadly in the company's daily operations and development. We do not expect you to know everything from the start but to learn as you go. - Support and mentoring: At Abena, you will not be alone; you will receive support and guidance to grow and succeed in your role. - Hybrid work: After onboarding, you can work remotely two days a week if desired. Responsibilities: - Customer service via email, phone, and online forms - Receiving and processing orders - Handling complaints and invoicing - Maintaining customer relationships - Participating in campaigns We are looking for: - Relevant experience in customer service - Strong customer service orientation - Confidence and proactivity in phone-based customer interactions - Ability to quickly learn new systems and software (e.g., CRM, ERP) - Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English - Experience in order processing and invoicing It is a plus if you have: - Knowledge of logistics or warehouse operations - Previous experience with SAP - Understanding of the HoReCa or healthcare sector - Knowledge of Swedish To succeed in this role, you are: - Supportive - Organized - Stable - Curious Recruitment process: Academic Work handles this recruitment on behalf of the client, who prefers all questions related to the role to be directed to Academic Work.
