We are looking for an HSEQ Coordinator for a permanent position for our client. Our client is a financially stable and growing infrastructure company that carries out demanding earth and infrastructure construction projects in the capital region and the Uusimaa region. In this versatile specialist role, you will support the construction sites and ensure that safety, quality, and environmental issues are visible in everyday activities. Your workstation is located in Espoo, but the work includes regular visits to the company's construction sites in the capital region and nearby areas. What does the job entail? As an HSEQ coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the construction sites and the project organization. You will be responsible for, among other things: * safety rounds and HSEQ inspections at construction sites * coordination and development of safety, quality, and environmental issues * supporting risk assessments and safety plans * handling deviations, near-misses, and safety observations and monitoring corrective actions * preparing for audits and official inspections * instructing staff and developing safety culture * HSEQ reporting and documentation.
