TECHNICAL PROPERTY MANAGER, KEMIYARVI Would you like to see the impact of your work? Kontio Isännöinti Oy is looking for a technical property manager to strengthen its team in Kemijärvi. The employment is permanent, full-time and governed by the collective agreement for building professionals. The start date is according to the agreement — the position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found, so apply quickly. *** We primarily search for a technical property manager. If your expertise in property management is strong but the technical side is still developing, we encourage you to apply anyway. *** Your work consists of a variety of technical property management tasks, such as - coordinating maintenance, repairs and upkeep needs of housing associations - preparing contracts, tendering and overseeing implementation - participating in technical inspections and condition assessments - collaborating with housing board members, shareholders, residents and contractors - providing technical customer service and communication - participating in association and board meetings as needed In your day-to-day work you will use modern digital tools and the Confirma Disponent property management system. We don’t require a very specific background, but we believe successful performance is supported by, for example: - technical understanding of building maintenance or construction technology - relevant technical or commercial education - good interaction and collaboration skills - proactive, organized and solution-oriented way of working - ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - strong digital skills and fluent use of the Microsoft 365 environment - ability to stay calm even in busy and changing situations Nice-to-have: - previous experience in property management or real estate - IAT qualification or willingness to obtain it later Why us?
