Join us to build a better Anfra every day! We are looking for a Site Manager for our Finnish construction sites. The role involves overseeing the safe, high-quality, and smooth execution of construction sites, managing site leadership, scheduling, documentation, and reporting, in close cooperation with clients and subcontractors. The position is full-time, permanent, with flexible start dates during summer, and requires readiness for travel. Work typically involves four or five days a week, 40 hours per week, with some sites operating on a bi-weekly work and rest cycle. The salary range is approximately 3700-5500 €/month plus bonuses. Requirements include at least two years of experience in earthworks and infrastructure tasks, good understanding of site management, and a strong desire for continuous development in supervisory work. Education can be in civil engineering, construction management, or technical fields. Proficiency in IT and digital construction tools is essential. The candidate should enjoy working in an international environment, communicate fluently in Finnish and English, and preferably Swedish.
