Head of Product

The role is for an experienced and people-oriented product professional to strengthen the Work Force Management (WFM) product area and act as a driver for product management practices and AI tool development across the HR Tech unit. In this role you will drive end-to-end product management responsibilities and automation of day-to-day product management, collaborating with product managers and the team to share responsibility for WFM development. You will contribute to WFM product development, collaborating with designers and developers (Product Trio), shaping chosen WFM capabilities, prioritizing and integrating into the Solveon platform. You will be involved in building and testing new AI-powered tools and agent-based solutions to ease daily work for HR Tech product managers and streamline development cycles. You will serve as a seasoned sparring partner and mentor to other product professionals, creating clarity and direction between customers, commercial teams and development. Requirements include over 5 years of successful product leadership in a B2B SaaS environment; demonstrated use of AI tools and agents (e.g., Claude Code) to support expert work or product management; strong modern product thinking (Product Operating Model) with a track record in Product Discovery and early risk mitigation; strong people skills and ability to network and foster team unity; fluency in Finnish and English both written and spoken; experience with public administration or welfare region system environments and workforce management domain is a plus.
