We are currently looking for a Danish speaking Customer Service agent who wants to move to Greece. Here’s what your tasks will look like: Customer service for Danish-speaking customers, Communication with customers via chat and phone, Handling inquiries (e.g., how payments are processed, updating payment details, etc.), Troubleshooting content and issues, Helping customers navigate and answering general questions, This is a full-time position where you’ll work at the office in Athens. You’ll be part of a team that works in shifts Monday-Sunday. Your shifts will be 8 hours long and will take place between 09:00 and 00:00, giving you plenty of opportunities to influence your preferred working hours.
