Are you enjoying diverse welding tasks? Would you like to work in a steel‑strong production team with a can‑do attitude? We are looking for a welder for Europress Group Oy in Kerava for a full‑time position to support production growth. In this role you can be a seasoned MIG/MAG welder or an early‑career metalworker. Europress Group Oy, founded in the 1970s, is the leading manufacturer in Northern Europe of waste presses and balers. The company aims to be an responsible pioneer in smart recycling technology with a focus on quality, sustainability and environmental responsibility. Products are made at the Kerava factory by about 60 professionals in welding, assembly and surface finishing. Your day will include a variety of MIG/MAG welding tasks in the production of recycling equipment such as waste presses and balers, and, depending on your skills, also operation of welding robots. The primary material is structural steel with thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 10 mm. The work also involves lifting heavy parts with hoists and forklifts, so forklift driving experience and crane operation are a plus. The weekly schedule is 40 hours, with alternating weeks working Monday–Friday in both morning (6:00–14:00) and evening (14:00–22:00) shifts. The job is covered by the Technology Industry collective agreement, and the salary will be agreed based on your expertise and experience.
