We are seeking a renovation carpenter for our client in Uusimaa. You will perform a variety of renovation, alteration, and construction tasks at an apartment building site. Tasks include demolition work, wall construction, plastering, framing, installation of doors and frames, patching and repair work, and various interior-changing carpentry tasks. We require previous experience in Renovation or repair construction, ability to read construction drawings, and the ability to work independently in varying tasks. You should have careful workmanship and a good basic understanding of the construction trade. Additionally valued are: good ability to read drawings and work instructions, handling of common construction tools, precise and neat workmanship, proactive and responsible work attitude, ability to resolve on-site situations, and good collaboration with other trades on site. WE OFFER professional handling of employment matters with 30 years of experience, possibilities for long-term employment, diverse tasks, and appropriate workwear and equipment. Working hours are weekdays 7:00–15:30. Start date by agreement. Salary at least in accordance with the collective agreement; compensation also reflects the required skills, expertise and experience.
