Multi-service Worker

We are currently looking for a MULTI-SERVICE WORKER for a position in OULU! In this role, you will be independently responsible for kitchen and maintenance cleaning tasks at a daycare facility in Otokylä. Your duties include, among other things, preparing morning porridge, heating lunch, serving food and arranging salads, as well as filling the snack cart. You will also be responsible for self-monitoring and placing orders. You will work independently at the site, which is why we expect previous work experience in similar roles. Your shifts will be on weekdays between 6:00 and 15:00. There is flexibility in the starting time between 6:00 and 6:30. You will work 7.5h/day and an average of 112.5h/3 weeks. This is a fixed-term substitute position until 31.12.2026, and work begins according to the agreement, at the earliest on 17.8.2026. For this position, a salary according to salary group 2 of the collective agreement for employees in the tourism, restaurant, and leisure services sector will be paid, depending on years of experience: €1887/month – €2099/month, plus possible hourly supplements based on actual hours worked. Education in cleaning or the restaurant industry is considered an advantage. - good Finnish language skills. - a valid hygiene passport. - ability to organize your own work, as well as a precise and helpful approach; you handle various tasks flexibly. - readiness for independent work. - an excellent service attitude, enabling you to organize your work together with the customer and your team. - a clean background; due to the work environment, we require a criminal record extract from the National Police Board in accordance with the Act on the use of information on the criminal background of persons working with children (504/2002).
