We are looking for an enthusiastic and growth-oriented practical nurse for a permanent employment relationship in the Substitute Pool of the Internal Medicine and Rehabilitation result unit. As a practical nurse, you will mainly work at Peijas Hospital and, if necessary, also in another hospital in our area of responsibility. The work is two-shift work, which includes weekends. The position will be filled starting September 28, 2026, or by agreement. Our unit's task is to provide competent nursing staff to replace shortages caused by absences in specialized care wards. In addition to the surgical and medical side wards, receptions and day units of Peijas Hospital, our unit's areas of responsibility also include the internal medicine wards of Haartman and Malmi Hospitals, as well as the internal medicine ward and the demanding rehabilitation ward of Jorvi Hospital. Your workday varies depending on the unit – you will get to care for acute internal medicine patients and surgical patients, participate in the rehabilitation process and develop your clinical skills diversely.
