This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on using data to drive decisions, influence stakeholders and deliver real commercial outcomes. What you’ll be doing - Drive consistent tracking of EMEA commercial priorities, translating insight into clear actions for markets and leadership - Identify growth opportunities, risks and performance gaps across products, markets and clients - Strengthen retention and win-back performance by analysing at-risk and lapsed client activity and driving market action - Improve opportunity identification, activation and conversion across the region using data-led approaches - Analyse marketing-to-sales conversion and recommend actions that increase commercial impact - Establish clear performance tracking, reporting cadence and accountability across CP (Client Partner) and BD (Business Development) teams - Bring together CRM, BI and client feedback data (e.g. Dynamics 365, Power BI, ENGAGE) to drive prioritisation and performance action - Support adoption and effective use of commercial AI tools, embedding them into core sales workflows and scaling best practice The ideal skills and experience - Experience in sales operations, commercial performance or a data-driven role, or strong ability to learn quickly and apply analytical judgement - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight - Experience using CRM and BI tools (e.g. Dynamics 365 and Power BI), desirable - Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large, complex datasets - Proven ability to work cross-regionally with multiple stakeholders and drive alignment - Highly organised, delivery-focused and comfortable managing competing priorities - Proactive and solutions-oriented, able to bring clarity to ambiguous situations - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment What’s in it for you - Opportunity to work at the centre of EMEA commercial decision-making and strategy execution - High visibility role with exposure to senior stakeholders across markets - Ability to shape how we use data, tools and AI to drive commercial performance - Collaborative, international environment with opportunities to influence across regions - Continuous learning through complex, high-impact business challenges We’re not able to offer visa sponsorship or help with relocation support for this role.
