HR/Site Office Assistant for a civil engineering company

We are seeking an HR/site office assistant for a civil engineering project in Kajaani. The role involves practical HR tasks, Excel and Office work, document handling, and on-site coordination. The candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and comfortable with a variety of duties. Prior HR experience and/or civil engineering background is beneficial, but a good attitude is the most important asset. You will receive thorough training and team support. Full-time, typical hours 7:00–15:30. Duration aligns with the project. Immediate start. Tasks include creating and maintaining site rosters, arranging accommodations, handling documents and software, close collaboration with the team, general on-site assistance, and supporting site supervision. Requirements include strong Excel and Office skills, good computer and browser use, fluent Finnish, sufficient English for written documents, B-license and own car, willingness to work on-site in required support roles, and a proactive, self-driven work style with a desire to learn.
