Healthcare Assistant

Tunturin group home is a 24/7 residential unit for adults with more severe intellectual disabilities, offering a home for 15 residents. Care focuses on basic daily tasks, daily living activities, and supporting residents in managing their own lives, social relations, and handling affairs. We work in a client-centered, participatory manner, respecting the residents’ autonomy. Applicants should be open to working with people with developmental disabilities, as residents have varied strengths and abilities. Strong communication and cooperation skills, plus a positive, curious attitude, will help you succeed in this role. We will provide a thorough orientation and a skilled team to support you after onboarding. Our team is committed and we bring humor to our workdays.
