How you will create value Create and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients; Consult our corporate clients, help them solve problems and answer their questions; Analyze client information - finances, cash flows, and present possible financing solutions to credit committees; Provide insights and advice on improving bank processes and products, as well as enhancing customer experience. What we hope you'll bring Minimum 1 year of experience working with corporate clients in a similar role at a bank or other financial institution; Ability to work in a team, proactivity, and constant initiative and motivation to achieve the best results; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Strong motivation to achieve goals and willingness to grow continuously; Theoretical knowledge and practical skills in financial and business analysis; Higher education in economics, finance, management, or a related field; Proficiency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
