For our growing sales team, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) (m/f/d) for the German-speaking market. In this role, you identify new business opportunities, actively approach potential customers, and arrange qualified product demos for our Account Executive team. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to our growth and at the same time lay the foundation for your own career in sales. Your Role: As an SDR, you are often the first contact between Tendium and potential customers. You understand which companies fit us, address the right contact persons, and create the basis for strong new customer relationships. Your Tasks: - You identify suitable companies and relevant decision-makers in the German-speaking market. - You proactively contact potential customers via various channels and arouse interest in Tendium. - You qualify leads and arrange product demos for our Account Executive team. - You conduct initial conversations with potential customers and develop a good understanding of their challenges and needs. - You work closely with Sales and Marketing to continuously improve target group addressing, outreach, and campaigns. - You use CRM and sales tools in a structured and data-based manner to measurably increase your success.
