Production Worker

What does the work involve? In your work, you will become part of the daily production through diverse tasks, such as: - packing products with a vacuum machine - fish processing and salting - warehouse tasks The work is mainly standing work and also involves lifting. You will work in a cool environment (+2–6 °C), but you will receive a good induction – previous experience in the field is not necessarily required! What we hope for from you - A brisk and proactive attitude - Good teamwork skills – you know how to ask for help and help others - Interest in practical work - A hygiene passport is considered an advantage You can be a veteran of the field or someone starting your career – the most important things are motivation and a good attitude! We require adulthood and fluent Finnish language skills. What we offer - Work starts as soon as possible - Fixed-term employment until January 2027 – a good opportunity for extension or permanent employment - Comprehensive induction to the role - Regular work: mainly day shifts Mon–Fri (40 h/week), evening shifts (14–22) if necessary - You will get to work in a modern production environment - The work community is professional, pleasant, and genuinely committed to well-being. - Salary according to the food industry collective agreement (TES): 11.92–13.36 €/h depending on experience.
