We are seeking a versatile and eager-to-learn metalworker for our client in Pirkkala. The role includes varied finishing and post-processing tasks in a machine shop, such as grinding, drilling, fittings, finishing individual parts, and performing various assembly tasks. You will work across different stages of production and the role suits someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to develop in a machine shop environment. Welding skills as well as hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge are an asset but not mandatory. Attitude and willingness to learn are decisive. The work is day shift from Monday to Friday, and it is a permanent position. Requirements: proactive and initiative-driven approach, basic metalworking or assembly skills, readiness for physical hands-on work, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, willingness to learn new processes and become a versatile worker, experience in machine shop tasks or assembly tasks.
