Maintenance Technician

We are now seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Building Automation Maintenance & Services unit in Helsinki. The Maintenance Technician role involves working at diverse client sites, performing automation and electrical installations, cabling, maintenance and modification work, and commissioning tasks. Your workdays and sites vary, and you will mostly work independently at client properties in the Helsinki region. You will need initiative, diligence, and the ability to complete agreed tasks to a high standard. At JIS, no one is left alone. You work closely with our maintenance engineers who support you with system-technical questions and broader fault investigations. You will be surrounded by a strong building automation expert team ready to help as needed. About you: you have electrical or automation training and previous experience with installations. You take responsibility, are proud of your work, tackle situations practically, and ensure everything agreed is completed. You enjoy independent work but are happy to collaborate with clients and colleagues. We value good technical understanding, a desire to learn more building automation, and an attitude to get things done. Proficiency in Finnish is required for the role.
