We are seeking a skilled carpenter for our client, SATA Shipbuilding Oy. The employee will be employed directly by the client. We are looking for a professional carpenter for a permanent position in maintenance tasks on the shipyard and its infrastructure. Job tasks include maintenance and repair of shipyard buildings and structures, construction, repair, and renewal of wood and panel structures, maintenance of doors, windows, floors, and other property structures, production of protective, support, and temporary structures for work sites, participation in general maintenance and development tasks on the shipyard site. Requirements include construction industry education or equivalent work experience as a carpenter, experience in maintenance and repair construction, ability to work independently and as part of a team, good problem-solving skills and initiative, knowledge of occupational safety regulations. Advantages include a valid occupational safety card, experience working in an industrial environment, certifications in forklift, personnel lift, or other relevant areas.
