Your role as a pre-primary teacher In the pre-primary group (Eskari), important skills for the school path are learned. As a pre-primary teacher, you are your team's pedagogical leader and an inspiring enabler. You are responsible for planning the pre-primary education and the complementary early childhood education for your group, and for activities according to the pre-primary education plan. You have Touhula's pedagogical century plan, Touhula Rytmi, at your disposal to support your planning and evaluation work. The core of your duties includes: - Pedagogical leadership: You are responsible for your team's everyday pedagogy, small group activities, and the creation of diverse and safe learning environments. - Individual support: You plan and evaluate children's support measures in cooperation with multidisciplinary networks. - Customer experience: You are responsible for your team's high-quality customer communication and create a positive emotional atmosphere that reaches the families. - Team support: You develop a participatory feedback culture and support colleagues in pedagogical work by utilizing the team's strengths. We can discuss the consideration of your special expertise and the exact placement of the salary within the range during the interview.
