Store Manager

Store Manager responsible for the daily operations of the Sweet Town Turku store, leading and motivating the team, ensuring customer and employee satisfaction, and driving commercial performance. The role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on work on daily shifts, and the manager is an active visible presence in the shop floor. You will oversee order management, shift planning, and provide ongoing support and coaching to the team. You will ensure the store presents a strong commercial image, develop operations, and handle social media updates about new products and campaigns to keep customers informed about Finland’s sweetest nouveautés. We expect previous team leadership experience in retail or service sectors. You are systematic, proactive, and an inspiring leader who fosters team spirit and motivates others to succeed. Customer service is your heart, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves during the busiest moments.
