The duties of the institutional assistant include preparing and serving breakfast, serving lunch and snacks, dish maintenance, various housekeeping tasks, and assisting in children's groups. Ready-made meals are delivered to our day care centre from the central kitchen daily. Kastevuori Day Care Centre is located in temporary premises during renovation at Merikansantie 4B, 02320 Espoo. The institutional assistant is recruited for the upper floor of the temporary premises, where three children's groups operate. We will consider all applications submitted via Kuntarekry during the application period. We may process applications and start interviews during the application period. The temporary premises are divided into two different floors; the institutional assistant is recruited for the upper building, where three children's groups from Kastevuori Day Care Centre are located. Working hours: 38 h 15 min/week. This is a fixed-term position from 1.9 to 31.8.2027. Eligibility requirement: Suitable education or other qualification suitable for the task. The position requires a hygiene passport, a flexible attitude in changing situations, and the ability to organize one's own work tasks. The role is responsible and requires accuracy, for example, regarding special diets. The person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract as referred to in Section 6.2 of the Criminal Records Act. The Communicable Diseases Act requires the clarification of the risk of tuberculosis infection for those working with children under school age.
