Solarigo Systems Oy is a Finnish energy company specializing in solar power implementations. We are seeking a Project Engineer for our solar power plant and energy storage projects to join our permanent staff. The role is a central part of the project team, working closely with project managers and engineers, and supporting sales through project phases. Responsibilities include assisting with project management tasks such as feasibility studies, permit applications, and applying expertise in electrical, civil, electrical storage, or IT design as needed. During construction you will oversee day-to-day activities of solar projects, coordinate contractors, and perform site supervision and documentation. The position is primarily based at our Pirkkala office. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week. The start date is as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
- Be a central part of the project team collaborating with project managers and designers
- Support sales through project phases
- Assist project leadership with feasibility studies, permit processes and other tasks as needed
- Provide design support in electrical, civil, electrical storage, or IT areas
- During construction, manage routine site activities, coordinate contractors, and perform site supervision and documentation
Requirements
- Technical university degree in electrical, automation, energy or construction fields
- Experience with solar power systems or energy storage is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and occasional project travel
- Finnish and English language proficiency
- Ability to learn new IT systems
- Good communication skills
