Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to take overall responsibility for the smooth execution of projects. Our client base consists of construction companies, and in this role, you will actively operate in the cooperation between sales, production, and customers. Your tasks: · Responsible for the overall management, schedule, quality, and profitability of assigned projects. · Lead the project's progress from the order through design and production to delivery and project closure. · Act as the primary contact person for the customer and ensure active, clear communication throughout the project. · Coordinate the needs of sales, design, procurement, production, logistics, and construction sites. · Anticipate project risks, resolve deviations, and ensure the achievement of agreed goals. · Monitor project finances, changes, additional work, and reporting. We expect from you: · Suitable technical or commercial education and/or experience in project management. · Understanding of the operating environment of construction, steel structures, or industrial manufacturing. · Good organizational, negotiation, and interaction skills. · Ability to manage multiple entities simultaneously and drive matters determinedly to completion. · A customer-oriented, solution-focused, and financially responsible approach to work. · A brisk approach to work and flexibility in hectic projects.
