Site Manager

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and growth-oriented SITE MANAGER for a permanent position for our client company. The company's office is located in Vantaa, but the sites are mainly located in the Uusimaa region. Work begins as agreed. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of the site and the smooth progress of the work. Initiative, decision-making ability, and taking responsibility for the overall site are emphasized. You will work with others at times, but you are also capable of running the site independently when necessary. We value experience or understanding of the infrastructure sector, but you do not need to be a seasoned veteran. The most important things are the right attitude, self-direction, organizational skills, and a desire to develop as a site manager. Adhering to schedules and the ability to work under pressure play an important role in this position. Education as a construction foreman or engineer is considered an advantage, but it is not essential if you have sufficient practical experience in the field.
