Shipping Supervisor

Sending department supervisor for a metal industry client in East Tampere. We seek a practical and organized supervisor for a versatile role where you actively participate in daily work. You will be a key link between production, supervision, customer representatives, and sales to ensure products leave to customers on time and with quality. The role combines supervisory responsibility with hands-on work. Daily tasks include assembly, quality control, packaging, and coordinating deliveries. Work is day shift with a flexible schedule from 6:00 to 16:00. Responsibilities: coordinating daily shipping operations, collaboration with supervision, customer representatives and sales, monitoring delivery times in production, assembly and finalizing products, quality control and ensuring delivery reliability, packing products and shipment preparations, ordering transports and freight, handling documents related to deliveries. Requirements: at least two years of experience in similar roles; good organizational and collaboration skills; proactive and responsible work attitude; ability to multitask; willingness to participate in practical production work; fluent interpersonal skills. Bonus: technical skills and experience in mechanical assembly.
