Construction and Assembly Worker

We are looking for energetic and reliable carpentry/assembly workers for indoor construction and assembly tasks for our client companies. The work is performed indoors and there are various tasks that can be matched to your skills and experience. Previous long-term work experience is not required – what matters is a good attitude and willingness to learn. There are positions available for both experienced professionals and those starting their careers. Work starts as soon as suitable people are found, and we will interview applicants during the application period. Typical tasks may include: - Assembly and installation of wooden structures - Manufacturing and assembly of elements - Interior finishing tasks such as list work and paneling - Supporting tasks at building sites and exterior paneling - Other tasks according to your skills and experience What we expect from you: - Finnish language skills for on-site safety and instructions - A solid attitude and reliability – you do what you promise - Willingness to learn new things We offer: - For an experienced worker: Independent and responsible work where you can utilize your diverse skills from day one - For a newcomer: Opportunity to gain valuable work experience, learn new things and develop into a construction professional in a supportive team - Pay: Construction industry TES (collective agreement).
